I bought Puzelo Plus and it is gone

Open Settings (the gear, top right) and tap Restore purchase. Plus is tied to your Apple ID, not to the device, so it comes back on every device signed in with the same ID. If it does not, send us the transaction ID from the receipt line in Settings and we will look into it.

What does Plus unlock, and is it a subscription?

It is a one-time purchase, never a subscription. It unlocks Hard and Expert, the complete library at every level, and unlimited checks. Without it you still get every Easy puzzle, 50 Medium ones, three each of Hard and Expert per type, and three checks a day.

Where is my progress stored? Can I move it to a new phone?

On your device. Solved puzzles, streaks, best times and settings never leave it — we have no account system and no server that could hold them. On iPhone and iPad they also travel through your own iCloud, so a new device signed in with the same Apple ID picks them up. Details in our privacy notice.

I think a puzzle is unsolvable

Please tell us — that would be a real bug and we want to know. Every puzzle is generated and then checked a second time by a separate solver that has exactly one job: prove there is one solution and no second one. A puzzle that fails that check is never shipped. If one still looks stuck, the rules page shows where to start for each type, and the check button marks wrong entries without revealing the answer.

How do I change the language?

Settings, the gear at the top right. By default Puzelo follows your device language.

Does Puzelo work offline?

Yes, fully. The puzzles are in the app; nothing is fetched while you solve. There are no ads and no tracking, so there is nothing to load in the background either.

How do I delete everything?

Deleting the app removes the local data with it. In the browser version, clearing site data for puzelo.com does the same. There is nothing on our side to delete, because nothing about you is there.
